Blaster AsymWrap™ FASE® Snowboard Bindings

Fast entry system works as intended; but these are prone to failure : the screw and counter screw that hold the ankle strap get looses easily and fall…lost 3 days of snowboarding because of this design flaw. Worst part is that very few shops carry Bataleon so good luck findings spare part. It happens in Chamonix once and NO shop there had any parts; ended up being saved by Zero G whom were able to fit Ride screw in there . I would NEVER brings these bindings in serious backcountry because it is a disaster waiting to happen.

& now they look even better doing it! My 2nd pair of fase & I’m sold. After spending the time setting them up & learning them they are noticeably faster than strap & WAY simpler than my Supermatics. Considering I bought a 2nd pair, I’d recommend them!!!!!

This binding is impressive in multiple ways, the stiffness and security of a traditional 2 strap binding with the speed of a step in (almost).

What I love about this binding is the advanced rider can enjoy the stiffness and aesthetic of the design, and the novice can strap in faster for easier practice laps.

Truly an all mountain playful yet no BS binding that should be in every riders quiver.

I wanted to try out fase bindings and these did not disappoint. I’ve put somewhere between 30-40 days on them and I’ve had zero issues. When I’m riding by myself they really save me a lot of time and you can strap it without stopping at all. Overall super happy with the bindings and I’ll be getting fase bindings for the forseable future. Just as good as traditional bindings only now you don’t have to mess with the toe straps which is just one less thing you gotta do.

Bought a pair of these for resort riding on the east coast - so much strapping and unstrapping - and they did not disappoint. Took a few runs to get used to the motion for stepping in/out, and I unstrapped my toe a few times out of habit, but aside from that they are fantastic. Paired with my trusty Party Wave its been a blast.

On board feel is close to the Astro Asyms I have, albeit a bit softer. Note aggressive Posi-Posi riders may feel limited by highback rotation, but I didn't notice any issues at +24/+6. I'd love to see a locking toe strap, but not worth knocking off a star. These quickly became my daily driver and seriously contemplating revamping the bindings in my quiver.

I’ve really enjoyed using these bindings. I first demoed a pair from a local shop, and after just a couple of hours on the mountain, I was hooked. They are a noticeable upgrade from my old Union Force bindings, with better overall performance and a more responsive, connected feel. So update got 2 days on them so far the more i ride them the more i get comftorbal and am starting to get faster with using the system. Really big fan of them would like to get to the point i can do it moving.

I've demoed many quick-entry bindings, including other FASE models from various brands, and own a couple for personal use. I've found that the AsymWrap models from Bataleon and Rome offer the best, most natural-feeling quick-entry experience currently available. They're not bulky at the base like many molded plastic options. They have proper length/heel/toeramp adjustments and different angled straps, allowing for a truly customized fit. They're not finicky with boot shape compatibility, unlike Supermatics. The straps wrap the boots nicely, providing a very secure fit, and I haven't experienced any ladder/buckle loosening during use. I've been using these for the past three weeks and am 100% satisfied. I find the time to get in and out of these bindings is negligible compared to step-on/step-in/step-through bindings. The best part? They're the same price as the traditional model – more tech for the same price. Don't hesitate to get these!

Hi! This is a great product and I really enjoy using it. The only thing that disappoints me is the very limited highback lean it feels too shallow. I think I understand why you set this restriction, but if I’m understanding it correctly, it could be easily solved with a replaceable heel plate designed to allow a steeper lean. I’m really hoping to see this in future versions.
