How to Measure

What do you need?

Blank sheet of paper

Pencil

Ruler / Measuring tape

Solid Object (book)

How to measure your boot size.

1. Place a blank sheet of paper on the floor, with one edge butted up against a wall or solid object.

2. Stand on the sheet of your paper with heel butted up against the wall.

3. Use a solid object (book), align with your foot and mark the distance. Repeat with your other foot.

4. Measure from the edge of the paper to the furthest pencil line in millimetres or inches.

5. Compare the measurement against the table above to establish the approximate shoe size.

How should my new boots fit and feel like?

Step 1:
Put on your boots and tighten them as you normally would. It’s normal that it’s hard to put the boots on the first few times. This will get easier as the boots break in.

Step 2:
Stand up with your legs straight. Your toes should be touching the front of the boots.

Step 3:
Bend your knees. Your heels should slide back and your toes should pull away from the front slightly. This indicates a proper fit.

Step 4:
If the boots still feel too tight and you can’t move your toes with your knees bent, then you may want to try a half a size bigger.

Incredible boot! No need for the guac!

Been involved with the snowboard industry for over 30 years now, first as a competitor and now as an old head. Rode the Salsa Laced last season...was pleasantly surprised. Boots fit true to size, had very little "pack-out" , felt great from day one and I had ZERO of the dreaded heel lift due to that heel cradle in the liner. Great design!

I've probably gone through at least 50 pairs of boots over the years and these boots are definitely in my top 3 of all time. Great work guys!!!

Terrible Quality – Damaged After Just 4 Days

I’ve been snowboarding for years and recently bought these boots, expecting decent quality. Unfortunately, they turned out to be the worst boots I’ve ever used. Even Decathlon boots, which cost a fifth of the price, are made better.

After just four days of riding, the boots already show significant external damage, which is completely unacceptable for this price. For context, I use Union Force bindings, so there’s no way a low-quality binding caused the damage—this is purely a failure in the boot’s durability.

To make things even worse, Bataleon refused my warranty claim, showing they not only produce poor-quality boots but also fail to stand behind their products.

Save your money and look elsewhere—these boots are not worth the price.
