    WALLIE
      Just Wallie it.

Since it burst on the scene a couple of years ago, the Wallie has inspired a generation of riders to see legit new lines in the park and street. The skate-inspired tips feature a steeper kick, so you can smash them over obstacles, press through gnarlier kinks and jam the board up walls and poles. Combined with a wide, stable centerbase and subtle uplift at the wide points to minimise hang-ups, you’ll have never felt so confident on the run-in.

        Characteristics

        Flex

        3
        Soft
        Stiff

Softer snowboards are easier to press and won’t kick your ass if you make a mistake. Stiffer decks are more stable at speed and super responsive edge-to-edge. Choose your poison.

        Float

        5.8

Maximum volume for surfy vibes in the pow, or a smaller surface area for nimble freestyle performance. This number is calculated with length, width, 3D shape and surface distribution.

        Terrain

        Park
        Groomers
        Pow

What’s this board’s natural home? Full send in the park? Elbows down on the trails? Or chucking roosters somewhere off grid?

        Materials

        Glassing

Our traditional and time tested two-way weave of fiberglass is light, strong and responsive; keeping the board snappy without adding torsional stiffness.

        Woodcore

Our 50-50 paulownia and poplar woods blend for optimal strength to weight properties.

        Special Sauce

Central Super Tube. Hollow carbon core upgrades that are inserted into the core. The hollow carbon tubes greatly increase the woodcore’s pop and reduce weight.

        Carbon Lay-ups

The type and placement of fiberglass greatly influences a board’s flex and riding characteristics. Boards are built with a layer of fiberglass above and below the woodcore.

        Base Tech

Not a basic extruded base. It has the highest molecular content available for an extruded base. That means it’s super slick, durable and maintenance-free.

        Features

Triple Base Technology™ is awesome. The lifted sidebase areas at the widest points of the board make a lot of sense. The boards turn smoother and faster and it helps when you are not completely clean on your landings.

SideKick™ dramatically increases the sidebase uplift at the widest points of the nose and tail. This makes turn initiation even smoother, increases float in powder and handling of the board in rough terrain.

SuperTubes™ are hollow carbon core upgrades that are inserted into the core in 3 different configurations. The hollow carbon tubes greatly increase the woodcore’s pop and reduce weight.

We incorporated a flexible composite material into the woodcore along the 3BT™ crease points to dampen vibration at high speed and make your snowboard smoother in all conditions. Think of it as a top of the line suspension system for your snowboard.

Probably the sickest board out there, super unique.

The most fun I've had in the park

This board is incredibly fun to ride. I am riding it at Steamboat Springs and have Now Pilot bindings on it. I have taken nothing but park laps since I got this board. I was hesitant to buy a jib board as I've never been great in the park, but the Wallie gave me a new found confidence and I am hitting more and more features. I dont think I will take it off of kickers because it is very soft. If you're on the fence about this board, but want to push your jibbing ability, I highly recommend it.

        New favorite board

I love the Wallie! Super fun in the park! Also really great for carves all over the mountain. Lots of pop and really fun to spin around on. I have a capita, burton, and a couple gnus and this bataleon is definitely the new favorite!

        LOVING my Wallie Board!

I was considering several boards when I chose the Wallie by Bataleon and I'm obsessed. My performance and skill levels have increased and the board delivers everything it promised and more. I love the shape and the soft flex hasn't impacted my out of park performance at all. Also, everybody on the slopes comments on the board itself. I'm a fan for life!

Jeez where to begin with this beaut! I’ve never had a board that I love as much as this one. It can literally go anywhere. The pop, the flex, the butters/presses, the spins are so effortless. Then you think in your head.. well it can’t be that great for high speed or ripping turns. Think again!! This board paired with my union falcors is an amazing combo. Super light weight, and a top quality board. Compliments on it 24/7. Do us all a favour and pick one up. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
