These boards are shaped with a wide centerbase area. The uplift angle is low and begins outside the bindings for precision control with less hang-ups. The wide centerbase offers a stable platform to press, load up ollies and put down landings.

Triple Base Technology™ is awesome. The lifted sidebase areas at the widest points of the board make a lot of sense. The boards turn smoother and faster and it helps when you are not completely clean on your landings.
SideKick™ dramatically increases the sidebase uplift at the widest points of the nose and tail. This makes turn initiation even smoother, increases float in powder and handling of the board in rough terrain.
Our traditional and time tested two-way weave of fiberglass is light, strong and responsive; keeping the board snappy without adding torsional stiffness.
Full poplar with beech hardwood laid tip to tail along the inserts strengthening the board’s backbone, reinforcing the inserts and producing more pop.
Not a basic extruded base. It has the highest molecular content available for an extruded base. That means it’s super slick, durable and maintenance-free.
Producing two or more base color options minimizes p-tex waste. That is why you will find flip flop base options on most of our die-cut bases. This means orders can be filled with either color option which makes environmental sense.

This is our Urethane infused sidewall technology. ShockWalls smooth out your ride and are more resistant to impact.

This is my kids second Mini Shred and he loves it. The 3bt makes it so easy for kids to learn to ride without all the edge grabs and face plants.
If you are looking for a a kids board, the Mini Shred is the only option!
Since 2017 up to present my son love's his board. The 3BT technology makes him progress a lot!. He said his like a surfer in a snow! from trees, open ground and parks it's super smooth!!! We've also notice that a lot of Bataleon riders now compared 3 years ago. 3BT logo and technology are epic!!!
My 7 year old is in the freestyle club this year so we wanted a more park oriented board. They don't really make park boards this small but this is about as good as it gets. He loves the board and had no problem transitioning from his other K2 board. Graphics are fun as well.
Watch him riding around the 15 minute mark of my video.

Minishred is so sick I ride it all the time at my home resort you should sponsor me cuz I am better then all my friends and my mum told me so
Purchased the Mini Shred for my daughter (10) who was looking to step it up from the grom rental boards. Took her a few runs to get used to the camber but after that it was all smiles. The bindings this board came with are mediocre but work. You can adjust the fit by repositioning the straps as well as the highback (which can be moved further back or forward by folding it down, squeezing the sides and popping it out of the base plate). Switch, groomers, trees and bumps - she's loving this board.
