      The legend continues.

The Evil Twin has been at the heart of the 3D revolution since we launched our first line at the turn of the millennium. It’s a rider favorite that’s been lovingly upgraded year after year to keep it ahead of the pack. Now rocking carbon milled straight into the core and SideKicks at the wide points, it turns better than ever on groomers and can still be relied on to destroy every feature in the park. Accept no substitute.

        Characteristics

        Flex

        5
        Soft
        Stiff

Softer snowboards are easier to press and won’t kick your ass if you make a mistake. Stiffer decks are more stable at speed and super responsive edge-to-edge. Choose your poison.

        Float

        6.2

Maximum volume for surfy vibes in the pow, or a smaller surface area for nimble freestyle performance. This number is calculated with length, width, 3D shape and surface distribution.

        Terrain

        Park
        Groomers
        Pow

What’s this board’s natural home? Full send in the park? Elbows down on the trails? Or chucking roosters somewhere off grid?

        Materials

        Glassing

Our three-way weave of fiberglass is light, strong and responsive. We use this to beef up the flex pattern.

        Woodcore

Our very light 70-30 paulownia and poplar wood blend for an unparalleled strength to weight ratio.

        Special Sauce

Central Super Tube. Hollow carbon core upgrades that are inserted into the core. The hollow carbon tubes greatly increase the woodcore’s pop and reduce weight.

        Carbon Lay-ups

The type and placement of fiberglass greatly influences a board’s flex and riding characteristics. Boards are built with a layer of fiberglass above and below the woodcore.

        Base Tech

Our standard sintered base that’s tough and fast, and faster when waxed.

        Base Tech

Producing two or more base color options minimizes p-tex waste. That is why you will find flip flop base options on most of our die-cut bases. This means orders can be filled with either color option which makes environmental sense.

        Features

Triple Base Technology™ is awesome. The lifted sidebase areas at the widest points of the board make a lot of sense. The boards turn smoother and faster and it helps when you are not completely clean on your landings.

SideKick™ dramatically increases the sidebase uplift at the widest points of the nose and tail. This makes turn initiation even smoother, increases float in powder and handling of the board in rough terrain.

SuperTubes™ are hollow carbon core upgrades that are inserted into the core in 3 different configurations. The hollow carbon tubes greatly increase the woodcore’s pop and reduce weight.

        Amazing board

Amazing board all mountain. The 3BT makes it feel super comfortable at high speeds. Also very fun to use in the park. I would highly recommend this board.

        You gotta try it

My first Bataleon board was Funkink, it was like ten years ago. I got a new Bataleon board this year. Evil twin!

You have to try Bataleon technology to fully understand all the benefits. This board is very stable at high speeds, fast edge to edge change. Im really happy with it, Im sticking with Bataleon for years to come.

At the end of the day ... its not about your gear, its about your skill. But I freakin love Bataleon!! 🤙

There's a reason they refer to the evil twin as a quiver killer

Still new to the board but honestly amazing. There is a slight learning curve but don't let that scare you away. I opted for a 159 as I'm a heavier rider at 220 5'10. It's got pop that my old board doesn't and is light years lighter. As I've said a little learning curve and still getting used to it but not sure I can go back to a board without 3BT. Its pretty stable at speed, is flexy when you need it and maybe because I went long gives me that stability when I demand it also.

Honestly my favorite board I've ridden so far.
